Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using Red Monitor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software. These terms apply to all users of Red Monitor and this website.

License

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use Red Monitor on devices you own or control. Each license key is intended for a single user.

• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute Red Monitor or your license key.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• You may not use Red Monitor to build a competing product.

Acceptable Use

Red Monitor is designed to help you monitor public Reddit content. You agree to:

• Use the app in compliance with Reddit's User Agreement and API terms.
• Not use Red Monitor for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
• Not use the app to scrape Reddit at volumes that violate Reddit's rate limits or terms.
• Take responsibility for how you use the data surfaced by the app.

Payments & Refunds

Red Monitor is sold as a one-time purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

We offer a 7-day refund from the date of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, email andrew@averillanalytics.com with your order details. Refund requests after 7 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Updates & Support

Your license includes access to all updates released during the license period. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email at andrew@averillanalytics.com.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Red Monitor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of Reddit data depends on Reddit's API availability, which is outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Averill Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Red Monitor. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

Termination

We may revoke your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Red Monitor and delete all copies from your devices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use of Red Monitor after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
